We loved the very nice view from our room, with sights of the city, ocean, and beautiful green surroundings. The spacious room was a pleasant surprise, with two bathrooms and a huge kitchen. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, with a tram stop right outside and close proximity to both the medical area and a supermarket.

Spacious rooms, modern decor, and great facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Convenient location and easy to get around. Lovely views of the city from the 11th floor. Great value for 4 people at $199 a night.

The location is convenient, with tram stops nearby and close proximity to the embassy. This makes it easy to get around and attend events. The room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the lake and harbor. However, the service could be improved, as the reception team lacked helpfulness and understanding of guests' needs. the breakfast options were ordinary and the delivery of important information could have been better.
The room lacked basic supplies and the dishwasher wasn't even plugged in.

The room had everything needed for a short stay and was very clean. The bed was also very comfortable, made for a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions in the area.

This place was fantastic! The location was perfect, with a tram stop only minutes away. The staff were attentive and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room had everything I could need, from the mini-bar to the balcony. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent. Plus, the hotel had great amenities like a fitness centre and luggage storage.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends looking for a great place to stay.
